    What happens if the sign doesn’t get approved or installed?

    We don’t anticipate any obstacles, but in the unlikely event that the sign is not approved or installed, we will fully refund all deposits—no risk to you.

    Can I get a discount if I pay in advance?

    Yes! If you pay for the full year upfront, you’ll receive a 23% discount on your total cost. This payment must be made in full at the time of reservation to secure the discount.

    How many spaces are available, and how are they assigned?

    There are only 18 spaces available for 27 tenants, so it’s first come, first served. Placement is based on tiered pricing:

    Top Tier: $150/month

    Mid Tier: $125/month

    Bottom Tier: $100/month

    Will the sign be visible at night?

    Yes! The sign will be backlit for 24/7 visibility, making it a powerful marketing tool for your business both day and night.

    What are the dimensions of my sign space?

    Each tenant sign will be approximately 15” x 72”. This provides plenty of space for your business name, logo, and even a short slogan to maximize your visibility.

    Do I need to design my own sign?

    We will provide a basic sign with your business name, but you’re welcome to get creative and design something that stands out! You can produce a fantastic, custom sign design yourself or work with a sign designer to create a professional, high-visibility look.

    What happens if I don’t reserve a space now?

    With only 14 spaces and 35 tenants, availability is limited. Once all spaces are reserved, there will be no additional spots until a current tenant leaves.

    How long is the commitment?

    The signage rental is a an auto renewing one-year agreement that runs concurrent with your lease. This ensures consistency and guarantees your business visibility for the full lease term. If you renew your lease, you will have the option to renew your signage placement as well.

    How do I make a payment?

    You can reserve and pay your deposit insert payment method: online portal, check, etc.]. If you choose the annual payment option, the discount will be applied automatically at the time of payment.  

    If you choose the monthly pay, the amount will be included in your monthly invoice starting the month after your sign is published.  Sales tax is included with annual payment option, but added each month to monthly payment orders.
