The annual fee offered for sign placement is an introductory rate applicable to the first year only. In subsequent years, the sign fee shall revert to the standard annual or monthly rate for the tenant’s selected tier, billed monthly, at the terms established by management at the time of renewal.

How many panels are there, and how are they assigned?

The sign has 14 tenant panels for a building of 35+ tenants, assigned first come, first served. Panels are currently fully assigned. When one opens up, it's offered to the next tenant in line. Pricing is by tier: Top $190/mo, Middle $165/mo, Lower $140/mo, plus sales tax.

Is the sign visible at night?

Yes. The sign is backlit for 24/7 visibility, working for your business day and night.

What are the dimensions of my panel?

Each tenant sign will be approximately 15” x 72”. This provides plenty of space for your business name, logo, and even a short slogan to maximize your visibility.

What happens if the sign doesn’t get approved or installed?

We will provide a basic sign with your business name, but you’re welcome to get creative and design something that stands out! You can produce a fantastic, custom sign design yourself or work with a sign designer to create a professional, high-visibility look.

What does the $300 fee cover?

The one-time $300 production and installation fee covers fabrication, installation, and initial setup of your panel. It's due before fabrication begins and is non-refundable once fabrication has started.

How does the deposit work?

A sign deposit is collected with your order. Once your panel is installed, it converts to part of your lease security deposit and is governed by your lease agreement.

How am I billed?

Your monthly sign fee is added to your regular monthly invoice, starting the month after your panel is published. Sign fees are part of your lease obligations and are treated as rent.

How long is the commitment?

The signage agreement is a one-year, auto-renewing agreement that runs concurrent with your lease. If you renew your lease, you'll have the option to renew your panel as well. To keep your placement beyond the initial term, provide at least 30 days' written notice of your intent to continue.

Can I cancel?

Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice; no refunds are issued for past payments. If your lease ends, your panel is removed and the space is offered to other tenants.

Who maintains the sign?

The sign is professionally installed and maintained. If your individual panel becomes damaged, faded, or needs updating, replacement costs are your responsibility.
