We ask for one month deposit and give priority of available space to tenants seeking at least a one-year term. However, we can accommodate shorter periods, or even month-to-month, with a small rent premium.
Yes you can rent short term! For terms under 12 months, there is a 5% premium, and for month-to-month, there is a 10% premium. Let us know what you need and we'll try to accommodate you.
Yes, we have high speed internet that is distributed via wifi and some offices have hardwire ethernet connections as well. Unlimited internet service is included in your rent.
Yes. Included in your lease are eight hours to use the Vault conference room monthly. We have never had tenants go over that, but if you needed more time, they're available at 50% off the published rates.
Access to the conference room is with your fob, and reservations are made through an online system.
Sure, we have no problem if you want to bring your own furniture.
The only optional service is a USPS mailbox ($10 monthly), so you can receive regular mail. Other than that, there are no other charges or fees. You can order your mailbox assignment here: Mailbox Order (vaultbuildings.com)
Florida currently assesses no sales tax on commercial rentals. If this changes in the future then there would be sales tax added to the base rent.
Yes, we have USPS mailboxes out front, and you can request a box be assigned to your suite.
There is a $50 key deposit required, and a $10 monthly charge for a mailbox.
FedEx and UPS usually deliver to our automated parcel management system, so you can receive packages even when not at the office.

We have a cleaning service at the building three times a week. It's not a deep cleaning, but they vacuum, clean the restrooms, kitchens, sweep, and take out trash.
We ask that all tenants do their part in keeping the environment clean.
Yes! If you choose to pay your rent annually, we offer a 5% discount.
You will be on an attractive office directory inside.
Currently we're working on soliciting permits for a monument sign that will be an available option to a limited amount of tenants.
No. The building does not have a receptionist. We operate like a regular office building, just at great all-inclusive pricing.
Yes, we have a secure automated package management system where you will be alerted to deliveries by text or email.

There are optional fees like outside signage, mailbox rental, copies, printing and scanning, as well as additional conference room usage over the eight hours included in the lease.
Because we offer qualify space at a great value, most of the time we're at capacity and have no available space. However, we'd love to put you on our priority list and send you an alert when a space becomes available.
