Internet service is provided by the landlord, JV Development, LLC, as a tenant amenity. Failure to adhere to our internet usage policies, or the tenant's misuse or abuse of the service, will result in the suspension of the tenant's internet service and require the tenant to install and pay for a private connection.

By using TVB's public access computers, Wi-Fi, or wired service, you are bound by these rules and terms of usage. In particular, you must not, and by using the service, agree not to:

• Access pornographic or adult content websites. Deliberately visiting, viewing, or downloading any material from any website containing pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content is strictly prohibited on TVB's network, regardless of whether the content is legal.
• Deliberately visit, view, or download any material from any website containing abusive, violent, or otherwise illegal material.
• Download any images, text, sound, or other material that is in breach of copyright. TVB accepts no responsibility for any breaches that may occur.
• Upload or make available to others any material that is offensive, obscene, indecent, or which infringes the copyright of another person (e.g., images, MP3, and other audio and video files). The United States has strict laws on obscenity, and Copyright law is applicable to content on the Internet.
• Use the Internet for any illegal activity or gambling.
• Use the Internet to harass, cause annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety to others — including abusive or offensive emails, spamming, and distributing information regarding the creation and sending of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, pinging, flooding, or denial of service attacks.
• Access, or attempt to gain access to, computer systems, data, or resources to which you are not authorized, such as connecting to other users' resources, PCs, or printers.
• Violate the privacy of other tenants or network users.
• Access network services in a way that denies reasonable access to other users — for example, through excessive bandwidth consumption via FTP servers, file-sharing software, or video streaming.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any restricted part of the network or undermine the integrity or security of any computer systems or network. You are responsible for any damage caused to computer equipment arising from any willful act or negligent misuse.

Breach of the above will lead to users being banned from using the service and may result in prosecution.

Service provided "as is." This Service provides access to the Internet on an "as is" basis with all risks inherent in such access. The providers make no warranty that the Service or any information accessible on the Service is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful components. By connecting, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with public access to the Internet and use of a shared wireless network.

Service provided "as available." The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, including but not limited to vagaries of weather, disruption of service, or acts of God.

Indemnity. Under no circumstances shall The Vault Buildings or JV Development, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vault Buildings and JV Development, LLC from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of your use of the Service or any breach of this agreement.

Employees of Tenants are bound by these policies. Tenant accepts full responsibility for their employees' actions and adherence to these policies.

The Vault Buildings and JV Development, LLC reserves the right to update or modify the above terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
